- Architected realtime telemetry pipeline handling 10K+ readings/min via Cosmos DB change feed + Node.js, holding 99.9% uptime.
- Integrated Socket.IO WebSockets alongside MQTT to serve 500+ farms with sub-100ms UI latency.
- Built Next.js + Redux dashboards rendering 50+ sensor cards, anomalies and alerts at sub-200ms refresh.
- Implemented SSE fallback with exponential backoff (98% reconnect) and per-farm isolation for 100+ farms.
